Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays from courier partners.


International Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days for major countries (may vary based on destination)

We ship internationally via trusted courier partners such as DHL and ARAMEX. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.


Free Shipping Policy

  • Free standard shipping is applicable only on prepaid domestic orders above ₹1,299
  • Orders below ₹1,299 will incur standard shipping charges (calculated at checkout)
  • International orders attract a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on the destination country

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the courier partner’s website.


Delivery & Insurance

  • All parcels are shipped fully insured
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing the order
  • If the same product/design is unavailable, you may choose:
    • An alternate product, or
    • A refund (only applicable in rare cases of non-availability)

Exchange Policy (Important)

  • We DO NOT offer returns or refunds
  • Only exchanges are allowed
  • All shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) must be borne by the customer

Clearance Sale Policy

Products purchased under Clearance Sale / Discounted Sale:

    • No returns
    • No refunds
    • Exchange only, subject to availability
    • All exchange shipping costs to be borne by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Share a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel

Order Refusal

If a customer refuses to accept the delivery for any reason:

  • The shipping charges will be deducted
  • The remaining amount (if applicable) will be processed as per policy
