RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BOUT, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases such as non-availability of a product after order confirmation.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Only exchanges are allowed.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
All shipping costs for exchanges (pickup and re-delivery) must be borne by the customer.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Products failing these checks will not be eligible for exchange.

CLEARANCE SALE / DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Products purchased under clearance sale or special discounts are not eligible for return or refund.
These products are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.
All exchange shipping costs for clearance sale items must be borne by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory for verification.
Upon approval, we will assist with an exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
Email us at info@boutonline.com or whatsapp us on +919025930678 with your Order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the process.
Exchange will be processed after the product is received and quality-checked.

NON-ACCEPTABLE EXCHANGE REQUESTS
Used or washed products.
Products without tags or original packaging.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display variations.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchange timelines may vary based on product availability.
BOUT reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests.
Shipping timelines for exchanged products may differ from the original order.
